From the time we take your call to the time we arrive to retrieve your dumpster, we strive to provide you with a personable and prompt dumpster rental experience. To accomplish this, we divided our flow into three simple steps. The first step is to contact us so that we can provide you with a free rate! You can do this by calling us at (270) 317-1849, or by filling out one of the forms on our website. After we've spoken with you, we'll schedule your service!
Book A Day & Tine
After chatting with you, a member of the Borders team will skillfully advise you on the size of dumpster needed for your project. We will provide you with a no-obligation quote and then once you decide to use our service, our team will work with you to find a time and date that works best for you!
Prompt Service
Once we have determined a delivery date, we will work hard to ensure your dumpster is delivered and placed exactly where you need it. While we cannot provide exact delivery windows, our friendly drivers will call when en-route to your location on the deliver day selected. All dumpster rentals are for a 7 day period unless pre-arranged. Once complete, our experienced drivers will return to retrieve the dumpster and haul away the items you're needing to have disposed.

No Hazard Material
Unfortunately we cannot haul hazardous or special materials to include trash waste, tires, concrete slabs, shingles, wet paint, freon, batteries, fuels, and chemicals
Invoicing
Payment will be due at the time of rental and we will send you an invoice for each dumpster rental regardless of payment method. We do this to ensure you have a receipt of service. Should you choose to pay with cash or check, payment will be collected by our friendly drivers at the time of delivery.
